（一）請省大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展辦各成員單位、各設(shè)區(qū)市、各園區(qū)高度重視本次申報，積極組織發(fā)動本區(qū)域、本行業(yè)相關(guān)企業(yè)、科研院所和行業(yè)協(xié)會根據(jù)申報指南要求積極申報。

（一）總體要求

申報主體應(yīng)是江蘇省內(nèi)注冊的獨立法人，管理規(guī)范、依法納稅、信譽良好，無偷漏稅等不良記錄。每個申報主體限報1個項目，每個項目限申報1個方向。

（二）區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方向

1.申報主體在主要業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域具有較強的技術(shù)實力，有專門研發(fā)機構(gòu)和研發(fā)人員。

2. 擁有申報項目自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)，經(jīng)濟社會效益好，研發(fā)投入不少于100萬元，銷售額或服務(wù)額不低于100萬元，至少有兩個應(yīng)用案例（需提供用戶使用證明）。

（三）區(qū)塊鏈行業(yè)應(yīng)用方向

1.申報行業(yè)應(yīng)用試點示范項目投資額不低于500萬，且項目已完成或即將完成，在建項目已有一定的成效。

2.申報項目技術(shù)先進性強，具有一定的場景及用戶規(guī)模數(shù)量，應(yīng)用示范效果明顯，經(jīng)濟和社會效益顯著。

1.項目申報主體包括從事及應(yīng)用大數(shù)據(jù)采集、存儲、加工、分析、服務(wù)、安全等相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的企業(yè)、科研院所等。每個申報主體限申報1個項目，每個項目限申報1個方向。
